Stir Fry
Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs
- Cornstarch
- Carrots
- Edamame
- Onion
- Zucchini
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup gochujang (2 tbsp?)
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- Garlic
- 3/4 cup soy sauce REDUCED SODIUM
- 1/2 cup Rice Wine (mirin or dry sherry also works)
Steps
- Mix sauce, water + cornstarch first
- Toss chicken and cornstarch
- Sesame oil, medium heat
- ~8 minutes cooking chicken
- Remove chicken, add a little more oil
- High heat, sear veggies
- Lower heat, add garlic / ginger
- Stir back in chicken, then sauce
- Reduce
